The center gemstone is a traditional “AA” rated, faceted 6mm red garnet weighing approx. 1.10 carats. The marquise diamonds that beset the garnet gem on each side are four 3mm x 1.5mm marquise diamonds weighing 0.035 carats each for a total and two 3.5mm x 1.75mm marquise diamonds weighing 0.05 carats for a total of 0.24 carats (1/4 carat of diamonds). Diamond quality is available in your choice G-H Color, SI through VS Clarity. The garnet and diamond ring’s band measures 2mm wide and has a top height of 5.5mm tall.
