The carat weight and the number of pink sapphires that are set into the eternity ring will vary based on the ring size: Size 4.5 – 27 stones, 1.35 carats total Sizes 5 through 5.5 – 28 stones, 1.40 carats total Sizes 6 through 6.5 – 29 stones, 1.45 carats total Size 7 – 30 stones, 1.50 carats total Sizes 7.5 through 8 – 31 stones, 1.55 carats total Size 8.5 – 9 – 32 stones, 1.60 carats total The pink sapphire gems are rated “AA” in gemstone quality.
