Greek Orthodox Cross Pendant This is a beautifully and cleanly made 14k solid gold plain polished Greek Orthodox cross pendant for men (or suitable as a larger, women’s cross), with an overall height of 1 5/16″ tall (inclusive of the bail) x 13/16″ wide, with a gold weight of approx. 2.2 grams. Also available in white gold, also shown below. Add a matching 14k solid gold 1.4mm curb chain necklace in 20″ or 24″ to match (optional). We also have a variety of this design shown below in a women’s version and a larger men’s version. The Orthodox cross has three crossbeams instead of the traditional one. The top beam symbolized the placard at the top of the Roman crucifix, “INRI” or “Jesus Christ King of the Jews”. The middle bar is where Jesus’ hands were crucified and the bottom bar indicates where Jesus’ feet were crucified. This cross holds a lot of meaning for the faithful.
