The heart pendant includes 5 oval 4mm x 3mm gemstones, from top to bottom: Orange Sapphire, Blue Sapphire, Pink Sapphire, Green Sapphire & Yellow Sapphire for a total of 1.11 carats. The overall pendant measurement is approx. 3/4″ in size. Includes 18″ sterling silver chain with spring-ring.
